Kati Torim is an experienced entrepreneur, business strategist, and mentor committed to helping individuals and organizations build authentic brands and motivated teams.

With over 14 years of experience, she has owned restaurants and a private coaching house, served as a marketing manager for various companies, and worked as a program manager and corporate trainer at Äripäev, Estonia’s leading business media company.

Kati has authored three books on burnout prevention, mindset management, and customer loyalty. Kati has also lectured on mindset management at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences.
